23 Years Old and Cannot Ask a Girl Out
I am 23 and I have severe anxiety when it comes to asking a girl out. What can I do?

“Maureen” is a strange name for a young man who wants to ask a girl out. If you are inquiring about a same sex relationship the answer would be a bit different. I suggest you listen to the following interviews on our clinical interviews page.

The older the young man becomes the more the anxiety and potential for depression increases.
